A leading manufacturer of industrial engineered products is seeking a Buyer for purchasing raw materials, supplies, and services to support multiple manufacturing operations.

Requirements:

+ Associates degree or equivalent experience

+ At least 3 years buying/purchasing experience for an industrial equipment manufacturer

+ Proficiency with MRP and Microsoft Office products

+ Experience negotiating prices and expediting delivery of materials, equipment, and supplies

+ Experience purchasing metal alloys such as steel and aluminum is preferred

+ Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment

+ Excellent organizational skills

+ Excellent communication skills

+ APICS, CPM, or CPIM certification is a plus

Must be authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now and in the future
