A global leader in engineering and manufacturing of heavy industrial engineered equipment is seeking an IT Director to oversee the information technology strategy for the organization.

Requirements:

+ Bachelor's degree, with MBA preferred

+ At least 10 years experience developing, organizing, and implementing IT policies & procedures

+ At least 3 years of management level experience leading the IT department

+ Extensive experience managing IS - information systems

+ Ability to analyze business requirements and determine the best use of technical resources

+ Experience with upgrades to IS software and/or hardware components

+ Ability to effectively and efficiently manage a team and provide continuous improvement

+ Excellent organizational skills

+ Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills

Must be authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now and in the future
