A global EPC - Engineering, Procurement, Construction company is seeking a Proposal Manager to prepare proposals that clearly define scope of work and services per company and customer requirements.

Requirements:

+ Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or related 4-year degree

+ At least 3 years EPC experience as a project manager, project engineer, or process engineer

+ Experience with oil, gas, hydrogen or other large process related facilities

+ Experience with preparation of budgets, schedules, and cost estimates

+ Ability to assess the technical, financial, schedule, and other risks associated with proposals

+ Ability to work with engineering, construction, purchasing, estimating, and contract administration

+ Experience using Microsoft Excel

+ Excellent planning and organizational skills

+ Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills

+ Ability to work in a team environment

Must be authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now and in the future
