A reputable company with a great working environment is seeking a Staff Accountant with growth potential.

This is an entry to mid-level accounting position that will grow into an Assistant Controller.

Requirements:

+ B.S. degree in Accounting preferred, may consider Associates degree with the right experience

+ At least 1 year Accounts Receivable experience, specifically business to business B2B credit & collections

+ Proficient in MS Excel and creating Pivot Tables for database applications

+ Familiar with applicable sales and tax laws

+ Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles - GAAP

+ Knowledge or experience with Accounts Payable a plus

+ Experience with Project Accounting and Fixed Assets a plus

+ Detail-oriented, well organized, with strong analytical and problem solving skills

+ Excellent interpersonal and both verbal & written communication skills

+ Ability to be an effective team member

Must be authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now and in the future
