Account Manager - Tulsa, Oklahoma
A well-established, leading manufacturer of large steel products, with facilities across North America is seeking an Account Manager to lead and drive domestic sales of pressure vessels to the energy industries.
+ Must have a 4 year college degree, with an engineering degree preferred
+ Must have a mechanical and/or structural aptitude
+ Must have at least 3 years experience selling engineered industrial products to the energy industries
+ Experience selling ASME heat exchangers/pressure vessels to oil, gas, and power companies is preferred
+ Must be able to provide leadership and strategy in expanding domestic pressure vessel sales
+ Must be able to prepare detailed forecasts, sales reports, budgets, and negotiate sales contracts
+ Must be able to develop strong, solid relationships in oil, gas, power and related energy companies
+ Existing contacts in oil, gas, and power companies that lead to pressure vessel sales is a huge plus
+ Must show proven success in sales and customer account management
+ Must be able to effectively communicate with all internal departments and external resources
+ Must be able to create and execute customer presentations
+ Must be able to read and understand technical terms and engineering drawings
+ Experience in an ISO quality environment a plus
+ Experience with an ERP/MRP company environment a plus
