+ Must have a B.S. degree, Accounting preferred

+ Must be a CPA

+ Must have between 5 and 10 years of public accounting tax experience

+ Must be up-to-date with current tax laws and regulations

+ Must have experience with tax return preparation for individuals, partnerships, and corporations

+ Experience with a variety of corporations, businesses, and industries is preferred

+ Experience with individual, corporate, and business tax planning and compliance services is preferred

+ Must be detail-oriented and well organized

+ Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills

+ Active member in local and national CPA organizations is a plus
