Business Development Manager - Tulsa, Oklahoma

A global EPC - Engineering, Procurement, Construction company is seeking a Business Development Manager to target oil & gas operating companies for refining and gas processing projects.

Requirements:

+ 4 year college degree

+ At least 8 years experience working in or with refining, gas processing, or other process industries

+ Existing business, technical or operations contacts within operating companies or facilities

+ Ability to develop existing contacts to win new business in the areas of refining and gas processing

+ Experience in review and appropriate response to RFPs - Request for Proposals

+ Experience in the bidding process and methods in preparing proposals

+ Knowledgeable in operating company's expectations of large EPC projects

+ Knowledge of market and competitors

+ Familiar with costs relating to refining, gas processing, and other EPC process projects

+ Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and listening skills

+ Effective negotiation skills

+ Self motivated with ability to set daily, weekly, and monthly goals
