A world leader in design, engineering, and manufacturing of heavy steel industrial products is seeking a Controller to effectively lead and efficiently manage accounting operations.

Requirements:

+ 4-year degree in Accounting or Finance

+ CPA or MBA preferred

+ At least 5 years accounting experience within a manufacturing environment

+ At least 2 years management experience

+ Experienced in manufacturing finance, accounting decision making, and financial controls

+ Effectively work with entire operations/manufacturing management team

+ Ability to present financial and accounting information to executive management

+ Provide accurate and efficient financial analysis, projections, budgets, and forecasts

+ Prepare accurate and timely monthly financial statements

+ Develop, implement, and improve processes, procedures, and controls

+ Provide motivation, management, and leadership for the accounting department

+ Experience with ERP a plus
