A global engineering and manufacturing company is seeking a Cost Accounting Manager.

Requirements:

+ B.S. degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field

+ CPA or CMA is strongly preferred

+ At least 5 years experience performing job costing or project costing for a manufacturer

+ At least 1 year experience as manager of cost accounting staff

+ Experience with closed loop ERP systems

+ Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel

+ Experience preparing and analyzing management and financial reports

+ Experience with month-end closing, and financial models and forecasts

+ Effectively identify, evaluate, and implement process improvements

+ Experience implementing key controls and performance metrics

+ Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills

Must be authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now and in the future
