Director of Quality - Tulsa, Oklahoma
A leading manufacturer of engineered industrial products is seeking a Director of Quality to effectively work with the management team to develop and provide alternative methods and procedures to solve problems, continually improve processes and products, and meet changing market conditions.
Requirements:
+ 4 year college degree, prefer B.S. in Engineering or related technical degree
+ At least 10 years of related manufacturing quality experience
+ At least 5 years experience in a Quality Supervisory position in a manufacturing facility
+ Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement
+ Experience managing a 3rd party Quality System
+ Quality experience manufacturing mechanical and electrical products
+ Excellent organization and communication skills
+ Ability to effectively lead and manage the Quality System
+ Experience in an ISO manufacturing environment preferred
+ Experience working with CAD systems is preferred
Must be authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now and in the future
