Electrical Designer - Tulsa, Oklahoma
A world leader in design, manufacturing, and installation of facilities for the oil & gas industry is seeking an experienced Electrical Designer to provide electrical drawings, BOMs, and specifications.
Requirements:
+ A.S. in Electrical Engineering, Drafting, or related technical field
+ At least 5 years experience in electrical design for facilities/equipment serving the oil & gas industry
+ Proficient in 3-D CAD design.
+ Familiar with NFPA 70 NEC, NEMA, and API Standard RP-500A
+ Experience with electrical drawings: One line diagrams, wiring diagrams, control panel layout, lighting
plans, cable tray plans, instrument & control cable schedules, grounding plan, MCC building plans, etc.
+ Experience with design drawings for major electrical equipment: Motor control centers & schematics,
substation, switchgear, transformers, distribution panels, power supply systems, electric heat trace, etc.
+ Electrical design experience during all phases of project from proposal to facility/equipment operation
+ Excellent organizational and planning skills
+ Excellent attention to detail
