Electrical Engineer - Tulsa, Oklahoma
A world leader in design and manufacturing of large industrial processing and treating facilities for the oil and gas industry is seeking an Electrical Engineer.
Requirements:
+ B.S. in Engineering, and P.E. License
+ At least 5 years experience in electrical engineering and design for processing and treating facilities
+ Familiar with applicable industry codes: NEC, ISA, NEMA, API, IEEE, and ATEX
+ Review and check all electrical drawing packages for compliance and customer specifications
+ Accurately provide cost estimates for electrical equipment and labor manhours on project proposals
+ Calculate load flow, voltage drop, motor starting, heat trace, short circuit, and relay coordination
+ Ability to generate specs for motor control centers, switchgear, transformers, power supply systems,
distribution panels, control panels, control stations, and area lighting
+ Familiarity with compressors, pumps, turbo expanders, air coolers, and fired process heaters.
+ Strong understanding of 4160
+ Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
+ Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
Must be authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now and in the future
