Engineering Manager - Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
A world leader in design and manufacturing of complex mechanical and electrical equipment for the upstream oil and gas industry is seeking an Engineering Manager.
Requirements:
+ 4 year B.S. in engineering or technical degree, electrical engineering is preferred
+ At least 5 years experience managing a group of engineers for engineered to order products
+ At least 5 years experience managing all aspects of an engineering department, including budget
+ At least 5 years experience with design, start-up, and programming of AC variable speed drives
+ Clear understanding of transformers, AC line harmonics, harmonic filtering, power and control wiring
+ Experience designing medium to high voltage electrical products for the upstream oil & gas industry
+ Experience with custom and skid-mounted packaging of industrial electrical equipment
+ Ability to effectively work with manufacturing, sales, quality, and new product development
+ Experience establishing procedures for efficient work flow, design, start-up, and maintenance
+ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
Must be authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now and in the future
