Field Service Manager - Tulsa, Oklahoma

An industry leader in the design and manufacturing of energy-related engineered products is seeking a Field Service Manager to lead, direct, and efficiently manage their Field Service Department.

Requirements:

+ 2-year associates degree

+ At least 8 years experience in field service or sales of industrial engineered products

+ Experience in the oil & gas, power, or other energy related industries is preferred

+ Experience supervising on-site field installations of industrial equipment

+ Effectively determine equipment problems and make recommendations for replacement or repair

+ Effectively maintain reports and documentation to improve quality and customer service

+ Effectively coordinate with sales to provide customer quotations for equipment repair or replacement

+ Ability to provide day-to-day customer service in a professional, respectful manner

+ Excellent problem-solving skills

Must be authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now and in the future
