Global Sourcing Director - Tulsa, Oklahoma
A global leader in engineering and fabrication of heavy steel industrial equipment is seeking a Global Sourcing Director to manage strategic sourcing and procurement in U.S. and low cost regions.
Requirements:
+ Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Materials/Supply Chain Management, or related field
+ At least 10 years experience in global commodity or construction/fabrication project sourcing
+ Experience sourcing in Asia preferred
+ At least 3 years at manager or director level
+ Prefer project management experience with multinational company
+ Prefer experience managing OEM activities and order management operations
+ Familiar with customer bidding process and suppliers in the energy or power industry a plus
+ Experience with heavy steel fabricated industrial equipment a plus
+ Demonstrated ability to develop and foster supplier relationships
+ Demonstrated ability to maintain quality, lower costs, and perform continuous improvement
+ Excellent people and project management skills, good business acumen and team player
+ Position will require up to 35% travel
