HR Manager - Tulsa, Oklahoma

An industry leader in design and fabrication of large, heavy-duty steel products is seeking an HR Manager.

Requirements:

+ Bachelor's degree in HR or related field

+ At least 2 years recent experience as an HR Manager for a heavy industrial manufacturer

+ At least 5 years overall human resources experience in an industrial manufacturing environment

+ Experience managing human resources activities for both salaried and shop floor employees

+ Knowledge of HR laws

+ Knowledge of labor relations trends and resources

+ Experience working with Safety Manager to ensure compliance among employees

+ Strong organizational, communication, and people skills
+ PHR or SPHR certification a plus

Must be authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now and in the future
