Inside Sales Manager - Tulsa, Oklahoma

An industry leader in the design and manufacturing of energy-related engineered products is seeking an Inside Sales Manager to lead the inside sales team and grow the Aftermarket and Retrofit business.

Requirements:

+ 4-year college degree

+ At least 5 years experience selling and marketing industrial engineered products to energy industries

+ At least 2 years experience managing a sales team

+ Experience developing sales and marketing strategies to gain aftermarket and retrofit business

+ Experience and knowledge of oil, gas, power, or related energy industries

+ Strong knowledge of steel fabrication processes

+ Experience developing and maintaining customer database

+ Strong organizational, communication, and people skills

+ Experience creating and implementing marketing campaigns

+ Able to forecast sales, and create and maintain sales and marketing plans

Must be authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now and in the future
