Manufacturing Manager - Tulsa, Oklahoma
A leading manufacturer of large steel engineered products, with facilities across North America is seeking a safety conscious Manufacturing Manager for the paint & assembly portion of their process.
Requirements:
+ 4 year college degree
+ At least 5 years supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
+ At least 2 years experience in a manufacturing/production manager position
+ Experience with safety initiatives to create safety awareness
+ Ability to create and maintain a high quality, positive manufacturing environment
+ Experience managing paint & assembly for large/heavy industrial products is strongly preferred
+ Well organized and able to manage multiple tasks
+ Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
+ Training and experience in ISO-9000 is a plus
+ Training and experience in Six Sigma or Lean manufacturing is a plus
Must be authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now and in the future
