Materials Manager - Tulsa, Oklahoma
A global leader in design, engineering, and manufacturing of industrial engineered-to-order equipment is seeking a Procurement Manager to optimize purchasing and materials management.
Requirements:
+ 4 year college degree or equivalent experience
+ At least 7 years experience in procurement/purchasing/materials for industrial manufactured products
+ At least 1 year experience in a management or supervisory position
+ Proficient in ERP systems, JD Edwards Enterprise One experience preferred
+ Experience managing supplier relationships, and negotiating price, payment, terms, quality, and delivery
+ Ability to plan and budget inventory dollar valuation
+ Ability to develop processes, procedures, and drive continuous improvement in procurement practices
+ Experience reviewing contracts, RFQs, and service agreements
+ Ability to measure and report purchasing KPI's
+ Strong communication and organizational skills
+ Strong management, decision making, and leadership skills
+ APICS, CPM, or CPIM certification is a strong plus
Must be authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now and in the future
