A global EPC - Engineering, Procurement, Construction company is seeking a Principal Plant Engineer to lead all aspects of plant engineering relating to oil, gas, petrochemical, and other related process plants.

Requirements:

+ Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, or P.E. license and equivalent experience

+ At least 10 years plant engineering experience relating to oil, gas, petrochemical, helium, or hydrogen

+ Broad understanding of material balance, plant hydraulics, process engineering, controls, and safety

+ Experience developing specifications for P&IDs for process units

+ Experience detailing process flows for all equipment, valves, piping components, and instrument control

+ Ability to work with process engineers to develop line sizes and perform hydraulic calculations

+ Ability to develop plant engineering work practices and train and mentor plant engineers

+ Knowledge of pump NPSH requirements, DCS graphics, and HAZOP studies

+ Experience with plant commissioning

+ Effective leadership skills

+ Excellent planning and organizational skills

+ Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills

Must be authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now and in the future
