A leader in engineering & construction services to a variety of process industries is seeking a Process Engineer.

Requirements:

+ B.S. in Chemical, Petroleum, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent engineering degree

+ At least 5 years experience in process engineering, project engineering or operations

+ Experience using process simulation software such as Hysis / HYSYS, ProMax, or VMGsim

+ Experience developing P&IDs from origination to completion

+ Experience developing Process Flow Diagrams - PFDs and heat and material balances

+ Experience sizing process equipment:  heat exchangers, separators, pumps, treaters, compressors

+ Experience line sizing and performing hydraulic calculations

+ Knowledge of codes and standards (ASME, API, NEC, NFPA, OSHA)

+ Field experience with start-up, commissioning, trouble-shooting, and performance testing is preferred

+ Ability to work in a team environment

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills

+ Strong project management skills
