A leading
manufacturer of building materials is seeking a talented junior
professional to perform Product Development of cladding construction
materials from initial concept through complete life cycle.
Requirements:
+ 4 year college degree in a discipline of Engineering, Construction, or related technical field
+ Between 2 and 5 years of post-college experience in product development or product management
+ Proficient in Microsoft Project and Excel
+ Effectively perform and prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment under stringent timelines
+ Ability to communicate effectively and work with other departments, upper management, and clients
+ Ability to work independently and also in a team environment
+ Well organized and able to manage multiple projects
+ Lead and manage stage gate process
+ Provide project cost estimates, product pricing, and forecast product revenue and profitability
+ Able to manage project budgets, and report project hours and all expenses
+ Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Must be authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now and in the future
