Production Manager - Odessa, Texas
A leading global manufacturer providing large industrial engineered products to a wide variety of industries across the world is seeking a Production Manager for their Odessa, TX facility.
+ Must have a 4 year college degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
+ Must have at least 5 years supervisory experience in a heavy industrial manufacturing environment
+ Must have at least 2 years experience in a production/manufacturing manager position
+ Experience must be related to industrial engineered products, with machine shop experience preferred
+ Must have experience with schedules, budgets, quality, continuous improvement, and safety initiatives
+ Must have experience in ISO, with ISO9000 preferred
+ Must be able to manage all areas of production to include packing, receiving, inventory, and shipping
+ Must be a team player and effectively communicate at all levels
+ Ability to speak Spanish is a plus
