Product Systems Manager - Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
A world leader in design and manufacturing of complex rotating equipment for the oil and gas industry is seeking a Product Systems Manager.
Requirements:
+ 4 year college degree, engineering or technical degree is preferred
+ At least 5 years experience in design and manufacturing of rotating equipment for oil & gas industry
+ At least 2 years experience in a manager position
+ Experience leading and managing development teams in complex product projects
+ Experience with commercialization of new rotating product systems
+ Experience managing product development from prototype to manufacturing and market introduction
+ Ability to effectively work with R&D, engineering, manufacturing, quality, and marketing
+ Experience optimizing customer applications of new rotating equipment/products/systems
+ Experience optimizing rotating equipment/product/sytem run life
+ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
Must be authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now and in the future
