A leading manufacturer of industrial engineered machinery is seeking a Proposal Engineer to review  RFQs, communicate with clients, achieve clear understanding of requirements, and prepare Proposals.

Requirements:

+ Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or Technical Associates degree with equivalent experience

+ At least 2 years experience in preparing proposals for manufacturing industrial products

+ Working knowledge of materials and labor required to manufacture industrial machines

+ Ability to create accurate cost estimates for material and labor would be a plus

+ Ability to generate conceptual drawings using 3D-CAD software is preferred

+ Experience with SolidWorks is preferred

+ Effectively work with engineering and manufacturing

+ Effectively review customer specifications to ensure feasibility

+ Self starter who shows initiative in completing tasks and overcoming obstacles

+ Excellent organizational skills

+ Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills

Must be authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now and in the future
