A global EPC - Engineering, Procurement, Construction company is seeking a Subcontract Administrator to be responsible for subcontractor contracts for construction and installation projects.

Requirements:

+ Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, or equivalent combination of education and experience

+ At least 4 years experience in subcontracting or procurement for industrial construction projects

+ Broad understanding of the construction industry and contract language

+ Effectively negotiate subcontracts

+ Ability to manage Request for Quote - RFQ process for subcontractors

+ Effectively administer Change Order and Claim management with subcontractors

+ Experience with review and approval of subcontractor insurance requirements and certificates

+ Experience with contractual review of change orders and appropriate approval process

+ Effectively track subcontractor schedule, budget, and objectives against contract requirements

+ Effectively communicate and report changes to the construction project team

+ Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills

Must be authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now and in the future
