Director of Engineering - Tulsa, Oklahoma
A leader in food manufacturing is seeking a Director of Engineering to lead a safety conscious department responsible for engineering, maintenance, and sanitation.
Requirements:
+ B.S. in Engineering
+ At least 5 years of Director level engineering management experience in food manufacturing
+ 15 to 25 years overall experience, mostly comprised in food manufacturing
+ Experience with the following areas of food manufacturing: Managing Capital Projects, Process
Engineering Design, Refrigeration, Design for Sanitation, Design for Safety
+ Exceptional interpersonal skills allowing the ability to create strong relationships throughout company
+ Strong departmental organizational, communication, and motivational skills
+ Proven record of successful hands-on leadership
+ Masters in Engineering a plus, M.B.A. preferred
Must be authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now and in the future
