Vice President of Operations - Tulsa, Oklahoma
A
world leader in design and manufacturing of industrial
engineered-to-order products is seeking a Vice President of Operations
to lead capital plans for growth and productivity improvements.
Requirements:
+ Must hold a B.S. in Engineering or closely related 4-year technical degree
+ At least 10 years experience in manufacturing heavy industrial engineered-to-order products
+ Experience with at least 100 indirect reports in a heavy industrial manufacturing environment
+ Experience in large heavy steel fabrication, adhering to ASME or API codes is preferred
+ Experience with Lean manufacturing
+ Experience maximizing Quality, Productivity, Continuous Improvement, and Cost Control/Reduction
+ Operational responsibility in Supply Chain, Safety, Quality, Capital Improvements, Inventory, etc.
+ Experience driving Strategy Deployment process
+ Background in mechanical or industrial engineering is preferred
+ Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
Must be authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now and in the future
