A global leader in engineering and manufacturing of heavy industrial engineered equipment is seeking a V.P. of Supply Chain to lead in both domestic and international supply chain and sourcing.

Requirements:

+ Bachelor's degree, with MBA preferred

+ At least 10 years supply chain or related experience for manufacturing heavy industrial equipment

   Sourcing, Purchasing, Project Management, Procurement, Contracts, Logistics, Supplier Quality, etc.

+ At least 3 years of Director level management experience

+ Extensive experience in international sourcing strongly preferred

+ Experience developing suppliers and negotiating prices and terms

+ Experience serving the energy and power industries is preferred

+ Ability to effectively and efficiently manage a team and provide continuous improvement

+ Experience with MRP/ERP systems

+ Excellent organizational skills

+ Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills

+ APICS, CPM, or CPIM certification is a plus
