Working Engineering Manager - Tulsa, Oklahoma
A growing leader in design and manufacturing of heavy industrial engineered products is seeking a Working Engineering Manager to lead in design, mentoring, and management of engineering staff.
Requirements:
+ B.S. in engineering, mechanical preferred
+ At least 10 years of related experience with engineered-to-order products
+ At least 2 years in a manager, supervisor, or lead engineering position
+ Experience with engineering design of ASME pressure vessels, API and AWS storage tanks
+ Experience in the design and engineering of heat exchangers is preferred
+ Experience training and mentoring junior engineers
+ Ability to both manage engineers, and perform engineering design
+ Ability to effectively work with manufacturing, sales, quality, and purchasing
+ Effectively hire, train, develop, and appraise engineering staff
+ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
Must be authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now and in the future
